But she’s never been to the land of her ancestors: massachusetts. She’s not been to Maine or Montreal or Italy, either, but those places are further.
She’s only ever spent the night in two different rooms, our old bedroom, and our new one. I can’t recall if we had a hiccup when we switched rooms, we might have, but there’ve been enough hiccups that I can’t really point something out specifically.
It’s always something new, Roby’s only been sleeping for half a year, she’s got plenty of time to figure these things out.
I fully anticipate it’ll be a tough night or two, but it’s Roby’s first night away from home and I get to see that, which is pretty awesome, actually. It’s a first, a last, an only. I’m glad I get to be there, even if I’ll be real sleepy.
