There’s a young family that goes to an Orthodox church in Burlington. The wife is studying to be a financial advisor, and the husband homeschool’s their kids, and also he used to be a pro skateboarder / still kind of is one. He asked to go take some pictures for a brand a few weeks ago, and I finally had the time, very limited time, on Sunday. 

I don’t think any of the pictures are really any good. 

Shooting portraits that move quickly is not the same as taking portraits that are still. I’m not sure it’s a skill I’m really particularly eager to cultivate. I’d rather take pictures of Roby, or of him, with his kids. That’s cooler than skateboarding. I mean, I think he knows that, it’s good to have hobbies.
